3. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at checkout before an order can be processed.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled items.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

4. Production & Processing Times

Many of our products are made to order and produced in-house.

Most orders are processed, produced, and shipped within 48–72 hours (2–3 business days) after purchase.

Business days exclude Sundays and federal holidays.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, high-volume shopping periods, or unexpected production delays. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer shipping to destinations available during checkout.

Estimated standard U.S. shipping times are 3–7 business days after dispatch, with a typical total order-to-delivery estimate of 5–10 business days.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply when permitted by law.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because many of our products are made to order, all sales are generally final.

We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes selected by customers, or personal preferences.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, where reasonably possible, with your order number and supporting photographs.

Eligible issues may be resolved through a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

Our policies do not exclude or limit consumer rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because we work to fulfill orders quickly, cancellations and modifications must be requested as soon as possible after purchase.

Requests may be accommodated if production has not yet begun.

Once an order enters production or has shipped, we generally cannot accommodate changes or cancellations, except where required by law.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, The Fandom Haus may offer promotional discounts, special pricing, or limited-time offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional codes must be entered during checkout.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
• Only one promotional code may be used per order.
• Promotions may have expiration dates or product exclusions.
• Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
