Shipping and delivery

Shipping & Delivery

At The Fandom Haus, every order is prepared with care! As a small, independently operated merchandise shop, many of our products are made to order to ensure quality. We pride ourselves on getting your fandom faves out the door as quickly as possible!

Order Processing & Production

Most orders are processed, produced, and shipped within 48–72 hours (2–3 business days) after purchase.

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. During busy shopping seasons, collection launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery

Once your order has shipped, estimated U.S. delivery times are:

  • Processing & Production: 24-48 hours
  • Standard Shipping: 3 - 6 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4 - 7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, and holiday-related delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey!

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Made-to-Order Merchandise

Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accommodate cancellations or returns for changes of mind once production has begun.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help make things right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work hard to ensure every order arrives safely, occasional shipping delays may occur outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can help investigate.

A Little Thank You! 💜

Thank you for shopping small and supporting The Fandom Haus! Every purchase means so much to us, and we're excited to get your fandom favorites into your hands as quickly as possible.

Your fandom. Your community. Your Haus.
